How we think about humans + agents
Agents are not a replacement for the people doing the work — they are leverage. Here is how we sequence them so the humans stay in charge.
The shorthand on the Cheerzz site is "human-led, agent-powered." Behind that is a working theory: pick the slow, repetitive parts of a back-office workflow, hand those to an agent under a human supervisor, and keep judgment, relationships, and the final call with the human.
In practice this looks like: a payroll specialist who has an agent drafting variance reports they review, an HR partner whose agent pre-screens onboarding paperwork, a content lead whose agent generates first drafts they edit.
